Operational clarity
for associations.

We help professional associations and mission-driven non-profits audit their tech stacks, cut what's redundant, and automate what's eating their staff's time.

Terabit was founded in Ottawa in 2000 as a software development and web services company. After 25 years building and maintaining systems across Canada, our focus is now sharper: helping professional associations and mission-driven non-profits make sense of the tools, workflows, and technical decisions that have accumulated over time.

We audit SaaS stacks, identify redundancy, and design practical automations that give staff time back. Because we come from software, not just consulting, we understand what is happening beneath the spreadsheet — and what it will take to fix it.

We work with a small number of organizations at a time. Every engagement is specific, hands-on, and built around real operational constraints.

We're based in Ottawa, Ontario and work with associations across Canada and the US.

Brings 25 years of hands-on software experience to organizations that need clearer systems, leaner operations, and practical execution.

"I started Terabit in 2000 to build useful technology for real organizations. Over time, the clearest opportunity became impossible to ignore: associations and non-profits were carrying too many disconnected tools, too much manual work, and too little internal capacity to untangle it.

This next chapter is focused on that problem. We bring the perspective of people who have actually built and maintained software systems, so we can see what is really happening and give teams a practical path forward."
